Come, follow me," Jesus said, "and I will make you fishers of men" (Matthew 4:19). This invitation to Simon Peter and Andrew signifies a transition from their literal fishing work to a new, spiritual mission of leading others to God. It implies transforming, training, and empowering people to share the gospel and "catch" souls.
