Ok, let's go to share this and bring awareness that BREAST ULTRASOUND  is much better and safe that Mammogram, because it too danger to receive the radiation from the XR and if the lady really  has a tumor, it can be spread when they squeeze the breast in the machine and put the radiation. I do my anual ultrasound in Scottsboro,AL in MMI Breast Center. BORN TO BE A GIFT

  October is my birthday month. In my native country, Brazil, is Spring now. Usually people there say when you complete a revolution around the sun you have more one spring to count. I am not counting years anymore, because I am an ageless  Child of Almight, born to be a gift, praising the Lord with all my heart. Yes, I want to be a gift  to everyone I can meet, sharing the talents the Lord gifted me, spreading His beautiness, good and purity. Above all the Salvation that only Jesus Christ can give. No wonders they put people in lockdowns during the pandemic to help to destroy our health an sanity. People sick are easier to control. This Nobel Price confirm what we know: LIGHT IS LIFE, Jesus is the Life, the way and the true! Then He us light also.  "You are the light of the world". (Jesus) Thank you Jesus, you show us your light, now we can shine. According to Dra. Bannik, an Holistic Optometrist, we should be out side about 2 hours per day, I would say, at least 30 minutes, looking around, exercising our eyes,  look far and close.  To do specific  exercises for the wyes or just to draw help us to connect the Hemispheres of our brain and enhance skills like perception.  To be in the presence of the sun light is very energetic for our whole body and spirit.   By Ruth Ferraz  Just after Jesus was baptized in the water by John, the Baptist, he went up straightway out of the water and heaven's were opened unto Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and lighting upon Him. I understand that the Prophetic Meaning for this episode in the Gospel is to show us that we should also receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, not just in the water. We should  have  the "fruits of the Spirit"! I understand that we should prove we are baptized  in Spirit, being a New Person, born again in Spirit to come in the Kingdom of God. I know the Gospels by heart since my teenagehood years and I have read the all Bible 11 times during my lifetime. Jesus tells Nicodemus in John 3:3 that no one can see the kingdom of God without being born again.
