By Ruth Ferraz  I was born profundly gifted with  Artist Talent, but only late in life it started really to be unlocked and blooming, mainly because I didn't learn in school how to draw realistic or I didn't have some incentive for this.  The fact that I grew up in a dysfunctional  family didn't help in the artistic way also, because as a sensitive girl I was felling all the problems around me very deeply, what blocked my expression. I lost the beautiful self expression I had in Kindegarden and till 7 years old when my dad was still alive. After that I stated  to become a very shy and quite girl.  You can ask me as I know that I was born profundly gifted with artistic talent? And I will answer you that my amazing memory and sharp mind is part of my talents, an IQ above average has help me a lot and even makes me social different. Four simple habits that help 'de-age' your brain By Times  Entertainment Scientists at the University of Florida, performed a study where they tracked 128 adults in midlife and older age from four continents over a period of two years. Nearly 70% of the participants were women and most were living with chronic pain related to or at risk of knee osteoarthritis.   Using advanced MRI scans and machine learning techniques, researchers estimated each participant's 'brain age' and compared it with their actual age. Those who reported the healthiest mix of psychological and lifestyle factors had brains that appeared up to eight years younger than expected.   They found that four habits including: - optimism,  - getting enough deep sleep,  - managing stress, - having strong social. Oil On Canvas - 20 X 16" In this picture above the canvas isn't finished yet.  By Ruth Ferraz I was inspirated to paint using both hands together after I saw the amazing talented Christian Artist VANESSA HORABUENA doing this.  I was able to do that, first of all, because the amazing gift I have also and second of all, because all work out I do with my eyes, body and brain, with specific Exercises which help to connect the brain hemispheres, enhancing my skills. The work out which I do singing in a Choir and by my self in home and in my Music Studio inside my car, have helped me a lot also, because music releases blocked emotions and work out both hemispheres of the brain to be connected, through the rithymic and melody which work together connecting the hemispheres of the brain also..
